Loft & private Rooftop with BBQ

Good location, 20 min walk to all the main attractions, but also in an area with other places to visit. Rooftop terrace is lovely to chill out in the evening. Host gave good local information.

The property is set in the old town it’s a traditional building . It’s a 25 min walk to all the main sites . There are local restaurants and shops close by . It has a lovely roof terrace . Has been done up very tastefully to a high specification and was perfect for our trip . Fully equipped kitchen comfortable lounge , large tv with Netflix . Bedroom in upstairs and the double bed is very comfortable , the bedroom leads onto the terrace . Very quiet and safe neighbourhood . The host very generously allowed us to keep the apartment until late afternoon as our flight wasn’t till the evening . I strongly recommend this apartment . But not to people with mobility issues as it’s on the second floor of the building and you have to walk to public transport ( not far )

The apartment was quiet, clean and really comfortable, it was very well stocked which included a washing machine, with laundry detergent, softener, clothes pins and drying rack. We loved the roof top terrace! It was also very secure. Nice comfortable mattress and plenty of warm quilts, nice bath towels as well.

Just a few minor things that could easily be fixed. . The location was a little hard to navigate around. It would have been helpful if there was a folder in the apartment with maps in English and maybe a few other languages, with directions on how to get to major landmarks as well as the train station and taxi stands.A little more lighting in the living room.

Great location, within walking distance of the train station and city centre. Ideal base for site seeing. Also really loved the private rooftop space - very private and relaxing. The apartment is just perfect, as is Jose, the host. Clear instructions and communication, plus lots of nice touches in the apartment too. We were there a week and we loved every minute. In addiction to the sights of Seville, recommend a trip on the train to Cadiz. And the conTenedor restaurant just around the corner from the apartment is an absolute must

Loved it all. One note of caution for those who have mobility issues - the stairs in the apartment are quite challenging. Didn’t bother us at all though.

I loved the apartment it was gorgeous and I would absolutely love to stay there again.

There was nothing not to like it was all fantastic and Jose was very helpful too.

This is a great apartment and when the sun shines the terrace is idyllic (we were in early March). Very clean, great extras and everything you needed in the kitchen. We would recommend it to anyone who wants to be in the old area in Seville.

Watch out for the bedroom ceiling 😉.
