Seaview 2 bedroom flat in Devon

The flat was like home from home, clean, comfortable, and welcoming. There is a guest book containing all of the information about the flat and surrounding area.

The view is stunning, not much else I can say about that. It is simply beautiful. Very close to Dawlish Warren Beach. The host provided everything you need for a comfortable stay. For example, towels, bedding covers, coffee, tea, sugar, shower gel, shampoo and much more. The host messaged us 2 weeks before arrival with information. There is a handy notebook in the kitchen full of general info about the area and good places to shop and eat. There was also loads of leaflets for things to do which the host provided. The location is out of the way on a hill, so it is lovely and quiet.

There wasn't anything we didn't like. Although the apartment could do with a larger sofa.

Great decor, view and cosy feel. Good shower and kitchen facilities

It was a bit hot with no fans at night as we were lucky to have sunny weather.

Steep hill to get to the pub!!!

The location is amazing, so close to everything. There was a little book left with details on where to eat and how to get around. There was everything you needed including tea & coffee. It’s really thoughtful to have shower gel & shampoo.

There was nothing not to like

Good location with parking and close to everything and a great Bakery a stones throw away. Owner Lynn was a great communicator and really helpful allowing me to park there for an extra night as I had been let down last minute with another accommodation. The flat itself was easy to find and had all the facilities you could need for a stay. Nice view out of the lounge and front bedroom too!

The view was stunning, from both the double bedroom and living room (and balcony with seating) you could see the sea so clearly and could also see all the activities Dawlish Warren has to offer! We were only a 5 minute walk from arcades, supermarkets, restaurants/take aways, and the beach! The property itself was immaculate inside, incredibly clean and the decor was so welcoming and made us feel at home straight away. I loved that the beach theme was also incorporated into the apartment to bring even more excitement about where you are! The owner is very lovely and could not be more accommodating to us, there was free refreshments aswell which was A very nice touch. Very clear communication before the stay to make sure everything ran smoothly when we arrived and we knew we could always contact the owner and receive A quick reply which is very rare. I have booked many places on booking.com but this has to be the best!

I can not name A single bad thing about the property or our stay.

This is a lovely flat really close to the coast of dawlish warren. The beds were comfortable, the location is perfect for Dawlish Warren and only a 30 minute walk or short train journey to Dawlish. The sea view was lovely and the balcony was a treat.Staying only 1 night we didn't need to use much but there were things available to cook.

Not a complaint but just watch the shower it does get lovely and hot, but a bit too hot. Took a while to regulate but as I say not a complaint just a head up.

Perfect size for little get away. Clean tidy everything that you need visiting friends locally moved there walking distance to everything that is needed.

Apartment block looks run down but you forget all about that soon as you open the door.
