"Definitely a place I will choose to stay again at Madurai."

I like that it was clean, had hot water running. We took triple sharing room, it was comfortable to stay here. Had air conditioning and enough plugpoints to charge our phones. I booked on a wrong date, the receptionist was undecided, messaged in the app and they changed the date and catered our stay that night. We appreciate that. Breakfast buffet spread was good. Lots of varieties to choose from.

Driver wasnt happy about the drivers accomodation. It was 750 but he said it was hot and no ventilation. He stayed in the car.

Liked the room and facilities. Staff very friendly and accommodating. Reception staff very helpful.

Unfortunately because of circumstances beyond their control the restaurant couldn provide most of the cooked meals. The ongoing war is one reason.
