L'emplacement dans un quartier tranquille (très rare en Inde!), la gentillesse du personnel, le souci du patron de nous aider (notre drop taxi longue-distance s'étant désisté à la dernière minute, le patron de l'hôtel nous a trouvé une solution de rechange à 2 heures d'avis!).

Seulement l'absence d'un réfrigérateur dans la chambre.

Staffs are very polite & understand the customer requirements. Local is peaceful and have good connected with town.

1. Manager was bit rude and avoid talking after i demanded complimentary breakfast to share with driver (without exceeding the total guest number). But Manager spoke other guests in the breakfast area. 2. Driver dormantry stay is costly & not clean enough for stay. 3. Complimentary water bottle was denied on the day of check out. Which means customers losses importants if leave. 4. No thank you gesture while checking out. Overall Staffs are nice, but not manager.

Superb location Very friendly staffs Mr Chokalingam, the owner served us breakfast and he was ectremely warm to all the guest. Very comfortable stay. Very good customer service.. It felt like a home. Breakfast was delicious. Worth for the money A very comfortable and pleasant stay.

"Good value hotel"

Quiet location on the opposite side of the river to the main temple. All services were nearby. Hotel was a bit tired but good value for money. Great breakfast and helpful staff.

Towels and sheets were a bit stained. Aircon didn’t work very well but the fan was great.
