Condo on the Beach- walk to restaurants, shops and activities.

The location was amazing, close enough to walk to restaurants and lots of shopping if you want.

The entry door was extremely heavy and the neighbors had no problem letting us know when they were coming or going 🤗

Nice view felt like home

Elevator doors are dangerous closed fast. Me an my daughter couldn’t stop the door from closing on her, her dad had to push it back with everything he had to open it her arm was caught along with my hip as walking in..

Very clean, comfortable beds, great location

Parking was a little tight but doable. Also it appeared only one vehicle allowed per unit and we sometimes meet family for vacation so that could pose a problem in the future but not this time. And no public restroom by the pool area.

The location is near everything you need.

I am going to post the message that has been sent to booking.com. Before doing that I want to express that when we arrived there was sand all over the floor that I had to vacuum. Also, the accomodator first sent me information to the wrong condo. Next is the exact message that has been sent to booking.com. I recommend staying clear of these accomodators. In over 15 plus years of vacations to Gulf Shores I have never encountered this type of situation. I want to begin by explaining the unnecessary exchanges I have had with these accommodators. To begin she sent me messages with pictures of the window that had blankets hanging over the rod to keep the direct light from the room, a video of the unused room that still had the made bed, a picture of the unused groceries that had been left in the fridge (which someone had removed and placed into bags on the floor), and a picture of a broken pressed wood coaster with a glade plug in with a bent prong next to it. The messages ranted that her home was disrepected. As I am reading her messages she proceeds to call me. I am currently on a 10 hour drive to our home. I answer she immediately begins to accuse me of leaving her home a disaster and states that her cleaners are charging her over a 1000 dollars to clean the messes. I'm extremely confused. We followed all of the checkout instructions. We loaded the dishwasher and ran it, I went beyond the instructions and washed the towels and wash cloths (besides the one from the morning that we placed in the bathroom floor). The only thing we forgot to do was strip the bed. It felt extreme to use the non-stripping of the bed as a reason for charging over 1000.00 for cleaning. I was baffled. I continue to point out that we even vacuumed and wiped down the counters. Then after she continues speaking I realize the real issue is the groceries that were unused and left in the refridgerator.

Very clean and felt like home! The owners were super helpful and so incredibly nice.

The apartment was just the right size for me and my husband with my daughter and son in law!

The last night there were teenagers running around at all hours of the night. Also more garbage bags would be good.
