Koh Chang Paradise Resort & Spa

The location was perfect and within easy walking distance of restaurants and bars. The beach was soft sand with lots of shade between the palm trees. There were plenty of sunbeds around the beach and pool, and they were comfortable. The breakfast was ample and evening meals were lovely sitting in the open air or a table on the beach. Pool was lovely and clean and all the staff were polite and very helpful.

We noticed a few guests were from neighbouring hotels who would use the hotel facilities that we had paid a premium for. The outside space was definitely the best along this beach, so I am not surprised this happened. Not ideal when you have paid for sole use of the pool etc.

Property was well located beautiful white sands and convenient near Big C and other restaurants

Большой отель, много домиков, хороший завтрак.

Наш домик был на границе с дорогой и вообще в самом дальнем углу (С16), поэтому мы слышали машины, которые носились по трассе круглые сутки, и персонал, у которого было "гнездо" как раз рядом с нашим домиком. Детская игровая комната в плачевном состоянии! Все игрушки или поломаны или частично потеряны, уголок с горкой весь раздолбанный. За такую цену номеров можно было бы поддерживать это всё в хорошем состоянии.

Das Resort liegt an einem sehr schönen Strand. Die Anlage ist sehr gepflegt und das Personal ist einfach fantastisch. Das Essen im Restaurant schmeckt ebenfalls sehr gut.

Unsere Poolvilla ist schon ein bisschen in die Jahre gekommen und hier uns da gibt es mal eine defekte Liege oder eine scharfe Fliesenkante.
