Nothing to actually dislike, but a few ‘touches’ would have been appreciated, e.g. bedside tables and lamps, bath mats, information on local attractions, food takeaways, etc., a city map, info on the tv operation and the walk-in shower.
GBGreat location easy to find and walk from Birmingham New Street station that takes you past a Budgens with long opening times. Lock box code provided prior to our stay with very swift responses to any questions posed. Beds were comfortable to sleep on facilities available were very good and the house spotlessly clean. Great host and location.

CNVery clean and well decorated, having three toilets is very convenient for my family. Provided cooking oil and salt in the kitchen in addition to general appliances. The host responded to our questions quickly and was very aware of our privacy while providing additional items. Very easy parking right outside the property. There is also a community playground nearby.
One of the shower is a kind of electrical heating system making it very hard to adjust the temperature hence we used another shower.
GBFantastic staff and super helpful. Everything very close by. Warm neighborhood and exceptionally clean. Easily accessible and great WiFi and television. Plenty of storage space.
Garden could use somewhere to sit and duvets a bit thick for summer.
