Rumah okay .

Lift sangat sangat teruk . Tunggu berjam jam untuk naik atau turun lift , sampai perlu naik tangga ! Lift ada 4 tapi satu je berfungsi ! Tempat parking terlampau jauhhh . Dari block A berjalan sampai Ke Lift Block B ! Sangat tak sesuai untuk duduk sana

I have stayed in this building many times when visiting Georgetown and I love the playground area. Unfortunately, this time I had a horrible experience. I booked and paid for a two-night stay with my baby and my toddler, but I could only stay one night because the apartment was infested with ants and other small insects biting us, It also was very dirty, with hair and stains on the bed. I was extremely disappointed. The staff did try to help, but it was too late; my patience had already run out. The owners were super rude and didn't seem to care about the issues in the apartments, insisting that no one had ever complained before and suggesting the problem might be my fault. This was a truly stressful experience, and I do not recommend staying here. I sincerely hope you can improve; so far, this has been my worst Airbnb experience in Malaysia.
