Modern 5BR Home Near City Attractions - Peterborough

It was clean and well equipped. It was walking distance to a great Nepalese restaurant.

The bed in room 5 was still broken. I complained about it a year ago at our last stay. A board has been placed under the very soft mattress. The rest of the beds were uncomfortable too with poor quality mattresses. None of our group slept well because of them. There is only a small 2 seater sofa in the dining area. No lounge.

It was relatively clean, in a good location with a parking spot.

All 5 mattresses in the property were of an extremely poor quality and need replacing by the owner asap. This has been mentioned by several guests over the years. Modern and robust mattresses in IKEA are pretty affordable these days, so it’s surprising and disappointing that the owner hasn’t addressed this issue yet. This made for an extremely uncomfortable night for all our family and some back pain in the morning. Luckily we only stayed here for 1 night - we wouldn’t recommend this property for more than a night if this mattress issue isn’t addressed.

Great location ,clean tidy

Beds where too soft ,electric box is locked up and power tripped on top floor but sorted it ,no drama

Spacious and ideal location for us. The property was clean and nicely decorated giving us the perfect space to stay during our trip. The park opposite was great for our young children too.

Needed a few more forks etc for the amount of people it accommodates. Some of the dining chairs were a bit broken/wobbly.
