We were a family of 8 travelling for a wedding, we were cancelled the evening before , having been asked what time we would arrive, and paid a security deposit. This was the second time time this company had cancelled us ! with non specific excuses. I checked on other sites and it was still available to book? do not use ! unreliable. Booking.com customer services arranged an alternative, never been so stressed and upset.

The beds were comfortable

It was unclean, there were mattresses in the garden, there weren’t enough outdoor seats, the living room was not suitable for 9 people, the shower didn’t drain properly so the bathroom proceeded to flood, there were not enough towels provided, there weren’t enough glasses and plates for 9 people.
