La ubicación es un 10. El apartamento es tal cual las fotos y es muy cómodo. La comunicación con el anfitrión super bien.

Los baños necesitan mantenimiento y mejor limpieza. Tienen mucha humedad. Uno de los dormitorios tiene una pequeña ventana en el noche, por lo que todos los días me despertaba a las 5 cuando amanecía y entraba la luz. El wifi no funciona bien (imposible trabajar con esa conexión). El pasillo que hay para llegar al apartamento, dos días estuvo obstruido por un contenedor de basura durante toda la mañana (ambos días lo terminamos sacando nosotros para poder entrar/salir)

The property is well situated in the heat of the city with all amenities around. The host was fabulous and prompt to help with any enquiries. The flat had everything we needed and it was minutes walk to the beach. I would definitely book again and recommend to family and friends.

Nothing to complain about the place.

The apartment has an excellent central location, with everything within walking distance, which was a big plus. However, the cleanliness left much to be desired. When we arrived, we found mold on the ceilings and cobwebs, which was quite off-putting. The apartment is located behind a Subway restaurant, and the outdoor area is right next to their ventilation system, which made it feel less cozy. The walkway leading to the apartment is narrow and also not very clean. On the positive side, the host responded well when we raised our concerns. They promptly sent cleaning staff to remove the mold and cobwebs and even offered to take us out for a meal as compensation, which we appreciated. That said, the rest of the apartment was not thoroughly cleaned. We also had to have a maintenance person come by during our stay to fix a cabinet door and replace some lights. Overall, while the location is great and the host was responsive, the apartment needs better upkeep and more thorough cleaning to meet expectations.

Good location.

Mouldy and not clean. Dust on the floor, toilet brush old and dirty. Mould in the living room, wc and kitchen. One of the residents had symptoms of asthma because of staying in the unhealthy conditions. Pigeon shit on the narrow pavement leading from the street to the house. Pigeon shit and feathers and dust on the ”outdoor patio” so we were not able to use that. Windows were difficult to open and shut as the top part slid down when trying to close the window, making it impossible to lock some windows. Blinds were heavy and some broken (not possible to pull to the right to decice which level the blinds should be at). Freezer half full of ice. Washing machine takes nearly a working day to wash and dry, and did bad washing and bad drying. Three times on our one week stay a huge bin from I guess Subway was located right in front of the gate of the house, if we would have been slightly bigger, have difficulty walking, would be using a wheelchair or having a baby in a pushchair we would not have been able to get in and out of the house as the bin left approx 30 cm gap between the dirty wall and a dirty bin.

Lovely little hidden gem in the city centre close to everything! Central location yet super quiet, it's unbelievable! The hostess Louise communicated all through, ensuring I was comfortable. Would rent again when next I am in Brighton!

Easy collection from lockbox, code had been sent in a message earlier in the day. Lots of useful information in the welcome message, parking, rail stations, exact location of entrance, WiFi passwords etc Absolutely brilliant location! Perfect accommodation for 2 adults and 2 teens.
