Die Entfernung der Wohnung zur Altstadt und zum Strand. Die Aufteilung der Wohnung wie auf den Bildern. Waschmaschine und Spülmaschine sind vorhanden. Fahrstuhl ist ebenfalls vorhanden. Das ist wichtig für Menschen, die zu Fuß in den 4 Stockwerk nicht schaffen.
Unsere Wertsachen (Ehering und Bargeld)wurden aus der Wohnung entwendet, solange wir auf dem Strand waren. Der Schließzylinder musste ausgetauscht werden, da keiner sagen konnte wer die Kopie des Schlüssels hat und wir Nachts nicht schlafen konnten. Vorallem Kinder. Der Boden in der Wohnung wurde schon lange nicht mehr gewischt. Unter dem Teppich im Wohnzimmer sind die Fliesen noch im Original Farbton, der Rest der Fliese sowie der Teppich selbst waren schon mal heller. Hinter der Waschmaschine und unter dem Bett könnte man ab und zu ebenfalls sauber machen. Es gibt nur einen kleinen Topf und einen großen. Zusätzlich gab es eine Pfanne. Wir aßen immer auswärts, sodass für uns das irrelevant war. Für Frühstück reichte es aus. Abends wird der Außen-Eingangsbereich nicht beleuchtet. Im Hausflur richt es komisch.

Super perfect accomodation! Really nice and new flat, really good located. Clear and fast communication, really nice host. They leave us in apartment 4 house after checkout because it was raining outside. Totally recommended.

Very comfortable, big appartment. We had enough private space for 3 girls. There is everything needed for a comfortable stay during vacation or workation. There is a table/working place if needed. A big supermarket and the main bus station are 3 min. away. Advise: we were walking to the beach and to the city center. If it's too hot outside, better consider renting a bike during your stay.
A little loud from the street when windows are opened. But this still wasn't a big issue for us.
