Space, location, facilities, the computer screen, nice and ready kitchen.

The bathroom sink doesn't have a modern water mixer, the bedroom curtains aren't blackout.

The convenience of being so close to my son's house. The staff were very friendly and professional and quickly organised an extra night's stay when our flight was cancelled. We will definitely book again and were not put off by the minor issues during our stay.

It's the little things...Had difficulty gaining entry, as key safe didn't work, but staff helped with this. Nice property, but the approach is badly lit . Property looking a bit tired in places, like the bathroom - shower hook cracked needs replacing, as does toilet seat (wobbles) and batten around base of bath.shabby. vacuum cleaner in cupboard looked like it had never been emptied or cleaned. Fridge door compartments fell off.

Lovely little house at easy walking distance from Cambridge city centre, with free parking and a massive bed. Great communication from the host and instant reply to a few queries we had during our stay.

The thin curtain in the bedroom lets through all light, making it hard to sleep if you're a light sleeper like myself and waking up with the sunlight. Replacing the curtain would be a cheap fix and make it far more comfortable.

Good location, quiet, close to shops and town center, well equipped kitchen, clean and as described hosts supplied very accurate and detailed instructions to the property which made it very easy to find and park. Would stay again when visiting the area

We were given two single duvets instead of one big duvet. But other than that we have no complaints

tidy ,spacious, comfy bed and nice shower the garden is a nice addition.

it was perfect for my one night stay just didn’t have any bin bags but I probably couldn’t find them
