The hot tub was great (looked new), beds were quite comfy, large TV in the lounge with Netflix. Quiet location in a residential area with a couple of small supermarkets nearby. Hairdryer & iron provided. Easy self check-in via a key safe. Decent shower (over the bath) with good hot water. Off street parking in front of the property.

The whole place needed a lot of TLC - the kitchen door didn't close properly, the garden was overrun with weeds as was the front paved parking area. There were cobwebs everywhere (as it is the season for spiders so this didn't unduly bother us as such & the rest of the house did look clean). Lacked basic kitchen equipment - such as a tea towel, washing up bowl/plug for the sink. Very few utensils etc. There was an area in the kitchen poorly closed off with a broken concertina door, where an old cooker & bits & bobs had been left, the tiles in the kitchen were a mess & there was a foisty smell in the cupboards. Location was a bit awkward for the city centre, but that's down to our choice & at least it was quiet. We could see attempts had been made to 'spruce' the property up, such as new cooker, fridge, microwave & wallpaper, but there were lots of things that needed put right. We think that it may have recently changed hands as mail came addressed 'to the occupier' so I'm sure these things will be addressed by the new owner.

That it had parking and was a house

The rooms were small the house was poorly painted and just quickly patched up the place to rent out. living room was a square box not a decent size the TV on the wall opposit sofa was about 2 metres away. The kitchen was old but had a good cooker and a small fridge. The stairs going upstairs was very narrow and the rooms are small, and one of the rooms had a stench of like BO that would not go, had to leave windows open but still there. The bath was stained and fridge had black mould that we cleaned. Could be a nice cosy place if more effort went into decorating but living room is cramped.

We absolutely loved it.

I really loved the stay everything was fully organised must visit if you’re in Leicester literally just beside city centre. it is really amazing place to stay with your loved ones. the decor was very modern really impressive didn’t expect place like this in Leicester must recommend 👍🏼

wish could stay longer

Everything was spotless and the interior is amazing. The hot tub was also clean and overall the facilities provided everything that is necessary.
