Nous avons apprécié l'accueil chaleureux de Adriana, sa discrétion et sa confiance. La maison est spacieuse et très bien située. Idéale pour 2 couples car le grand salon invite à la détente et aux conversations . La terrasse avec vue sur la collégiale. Le jardinet fleuri. Le garage exiguë mais sécurisé.

La montée et descente des escaliers dans l'appartement peut paraître fatigante pour les genoux mais le côté original de cette agencement l'emporte ! Les moustiques : le fléau de notre époque désormais !

The location is brilliant, the town is picturesque. The terry towels are of the highest quality you can hardly find in 5-star hotels.

If you do not speak Italian, the check-in with a local neighbor that lives in the same house on the ground floor is going to be quite challenging. The apartment is a kitsch museum with a decorated New Year tree in August. There are 2 bathrooms there and one of them has no hooks for towels, none. Kitchen is 39 steps down from the apartment so you think twice before going down and up just to make a cup of coffee. Laundry services are outsourced and we could use them only once during our 7-days stay in summer. At 6 am a garbage truck comes to say hello and after 9 am a carpenter in the opposite building starts making awakening sounds with its electric machines in his workshop so you have to be flexible with your siesta nap time

Spazi molto ampi e ambiente lussuoso con giardinetto dotato di barbecue, tavolo e poltrone da sfruttare piacevolmente per cena al calar del sole….per non parlare poi della gentilezza, della disponibilità e dolcezza della Signora Adriana che ci ha fatto sentire come a casa

Wonderful hosts and a great location.

Breakfast not provided but the owner had snacks and drinks for us. We phoned on arrival and then knocked on the door. There are stores nearby and several small bars for pastry and coffee.

The only problem for some people might be the stairs. Carrying up luggage or going down to the beautiful kitchen required steps. The streets are very narrow. But everything else compensated for those inconveniences. Beautiful place and excellent rates. Fantastic host.

Excellent location with parking. Whilst the kitchen is down stairs there were facilities upstairs for tea and coffee. Mind you after the delicious local meals the stairs were well needed exercise! So nice to have large bathrooms unlike most Italian accommodation.

We like to cook from local produce markets - kitchen requires a few more pans with lids that fit.

It's the perfect place to stay if you're visiting Offida; in its own little piazza with the main piazza less than a minute from the front door. Not only was it spotless, the interior design is beautiful. There's a balcony off one bedroom with wonderful views, and a little garden downstairs, off the kitchen, for when you want to be outside, but at home. The hosts are wonderful and very helpful.

If you struggle with stairs, you might find it difficult. Otherwise, it's fantastic.

The washing machine was apparently broken, we found out when we arrived that the owner lives in the same house so no privacy, kitchen was outdated and unusable so i would not recommend unless you are looking for only a place to sleep. Really hot and only the smallest fans in the rooms that don’t do anything. Would not come back ever again.
