Wonderful! Loved it being up on the rooftop with the view of the mountains.

Door lock from pool area was broken so you had to walk around the building to get back in.

Spaciousness of the room, the amenities and friendliness of the staff. Beds were comfortable and clean.

The walls are a bit thin between rooms we could hear the neighbors. The icemaker takes a little time to make enough ice.

Everyone there great including staff members the manger at the stay is so wounderful and helpful and sweet

The hotel is located approximately a 20-minute walk from the island. It is relatively new and features a decent pool, as well as two gas grills available for guest use, along with a pleasant fire pit area. The view from the breakfast room is excellent. The property also offers complimentary laundry facilities and basic gym equipment. Additionally, one of the front desk staff members was particularly friendly and helpful.

The breakfast offered a very limited selection, and several items were unavailable during service. Additionally, the breakfast staff did not greet guests and gave the impression that requests—such as asking for utensils—were an inconvenience. Our in-room television did not function throughout the entire stay. Although a technician was sent and attempted to resolve the issue, the problem remained unresolved and no follow-up occurred. Access to the outdoor pool was also problematic, as the door leading back inside was not functioning. This required us to walk all the way around to the front entrance each time. We also had to ask several time for pool towel as the cabinets was empty each time we went. Housekeeping services were inconsistent. We were informed that rooms are only cleaned every other day for shorter stays (four days or less), and we had to specifically request service after the second day. Overall, the experience felt poorly managed, with a noticeable lack of oversight and attention to guest satisfaction.
