Staybridge Suites Pigeon Forge - Smoky Mtns by IHG

It was easy to find and also out of all the heavy traffic. Very peaceful and a great overlook of everything and also close to everything so that you could be anywhere you wanted quickly and easy.

The pool could’ve been warmer. Not a real big concern though.

Very nice, clean, and the staff was great. Breakfast was good. Easy access to all the shops but away from all the noise. The pool is a bit small for the size of the hotel but the kids really enjoyed it.

The pool is nice but small. Limited number of chaise lounge chairs if you want to lay out in the sun. Definitely family friendly if that’s what you prefer. Kids everywhere

There were lots of options for breakfast. The happy hour with snacks was excellent. I would absolutely stay here again.

I was not unhappy with anything at Staybridge.

Loved the location. It was near Cal Ripken Park where our Grandsons have played Baseball. Easy access from main Road .

What could have been much better for me if I had gotten a Balcony Room facing the Mountains and the Park AS I SPECIFICALLY ASKED WHEN I MADE THE RESERVATION AND A FOLLOW UP TO STAYBRIDGE!! Didn’t get it !! Asked upon checking and they told me they they didn’t have one available. All they had to do is switch me to a room like I had requested but they resisted .
