si presenta come una gran villa, ma vivendola ti accorgi che non è il massimo

da quando siamo arrivati il frigorifero non ha mai smesso di suonare h24, i 3 bagni: uno senza finestra, uno grande con doppi servizi , ma sportello della doccia rotto mancava un'anta e fuoriusciva tutta l'acqua dalla doccia, il wc con tavoletta rotta, il 3 bagno con la luce del wc fulminata, una volta chiusi dentro sei al buio, pulizia non ottima, veranda senza coperture sopra, piscina non pulitissima e più piccola di quello che sembra, topi che passano sui corrimano delle ringhiere nella zona divanetti ,senza aver paura di chi è presente. zona lavatoio con Lavatrice completamente sporco, abbiamo trovato capelli ovunque anche sopra la lavatrice stessa. i proprietari o agenzia che cura l'affitto della villa, mai visti e non rispondono ai messaggi ,durante il soggiorno alle 8 di mattina si è presentata la ditta di pulizie svegliandoci, 4 giorni prima di andare via, avevamo chiesto di posticipare il check out, visto che avevamo il volo alle 21 di sera, non abbiamo avuto nessuna risposta, si sono presentati alle 11 e ci hanno cacciato

My stay on the Villa Stilvi was absolutely great! Very comfortable Maximum facilities Quiet place, with beautiful nature around. Katerina is a very nice and professional property manager.

Nothing

The location from booking and the one on the mail they send us are different and nobady said it. So we arrived at the wrong location at 3 pm. We Call the number that was given and the lady said she Will Call back. So we stayed with 3 little kids like one hour in the burning sun waiting for more info. By accident we find out that there is actually other location so we aheaded there. When we finally get to the house the firts think to do was turn the AC on. But surprice, surprice... 3 out of 4 are not turning on. Then we Call again the astarte company. They replied that the machines are bright New and must Be ok. But we found out they were not conected. So we were said to wait for a mechanic to Come and connect them. He came like 7 pm. That is how we lost the first day of our trip! By the time the mechanic left it was too late to go to the beach. The next bad surprice was the kitchen. It says that is fully furnished... DISHWASHER NOT WORKING, MICROWAVE NOT WORKING, THE KITCHEN ABSORBATOR ONLY MAKING NOISE WITHOUT GETTING THE SMOKE, THE REFRIGERATOR HARDLY WORKING. Most of the drawers were empty. Just some plates and glasses. When we started shouting at the company One of the assistants came (quite a polite lady named Efi, she tried to help as much as she could, but she can not furnished the house). She Just checked all the non noworking items and left. Then the owners appeared and still nothing. The toiled lit from the pictures we asked 3 timea and nobady fixed by the time we were there. The AC contoller in the living room was brocken. The glass was on the floor and I cut my fingers while picking it. Sorry i didnt take a pictures of my hand, but I was busy cleaning the blood from the floor before the Kids See it. The lightening in the big bathroom (as someone already wrote about in a precious coment) is still out of Service! The sunbeds covers are still missing. The next bad surprice came the next morning. No hot water. They are heating the water by the sun.
