Beachfront Luxury Apartment in Altara Building - Da Nang

Lovely Apartment twin toilets, rooms, kitchen, a real family apartment which you cant get in hotels. Great space, nice practical kitchen, 3 TVs although they needed a bit of work to view by set up. Apartments now called Altara but all taxi also know 4 Point which is the Hotel side by Sheraton. Good location in a quieter area but still lots of facilities nearby including a lovely beach across the road. Our Host owner was great in communications and also helped with transportation to Ba Na Hills.

Bath towels were a little small, no bedside lights and no information pack for area or sights in the Apartment but that is the only comments which I would have liked and in now way deters from why I originally booked the apartment for family space and location. Rooftop Pool was very cold and in need for some loving care and facilities. Therefore went to 4 Points next door on level 36 for snacks and drinks which was very handy as not available in Altara that I found.

The apartment was very spacious, clean and well maintained with all the amenities you’d want. We had a very good few from the apartment both day and night. The location is very near the beach which was also great. Also got pool access.

The location is a bit more north of central locations near the beach. So there are fewer restaurants and shops around. No gym access

The host was very responsive prior to our arrival and made the check-in procedure highly efficient and pleasant. The apartment was spacious as advertised as well as clean and modern. There are two large bed rooms and two bathrooms. Great showers and overall modern bathrooms. There is a washing machine + dryer in the apartment which is convenient. The location is great, just by the beach and in walkable distance to everything you need. There are numerous restaurants, bars, scooter rentals and dry cleaning services around the property.

The rooftop had a nice view but you need to pay a surcharge to use the pool and there is no bar or restaurant (or at least we did not see one). But this was not a problem for us, you can just go to the ground floor and to the adjacent Four Points by Sheraton which has a great rooftop bar.
