Good place, comfortable bed, TV, Fridge

Dirty dish was left in dishwasher to our arrival, it smells bad and there was no detergent to use the dishwasher. Owen not working. The floor wasn't hoovered.

Central location, convenient for the seaside, which was our reason for going. Shower was efficient. Linen clean. TV worked well. Fridge clean and convenient for milk and cold cans. Felt secure with the door code entry and the door lit up when coming back late ( after moving the car to minimise the parking charges after midnight).

Only the fact that it was up 4 flights of stairs- however, we have all benefited from the work out! When we arrived with our suitcases, wheeled up from the car park nearby, it was daunting to climb all those stairs to find the apartment. We hadn’t realised that the key safe was at the front by the door, so we were looking all round the outside of the apartment door when we reread the message and realised we needed to go back downstairs again! My son was able to go down and get the key while we waited for him upstairs though!

The property was good clean everything need is there.

The location not great the smell in the entrance was really bad of the rubbish

It was central, easy to reach from the station.

It was the most dirty place we ever stayed in, from the entrance full of garbage, the smell followed us all the way to the flat, and inside it needs a proper cleaning as well, the bed was small and the ekstra beds didn't work.sadly the whole city was fully booked because of the upcoming Pride, if not we would have found another place to stay. There was not enough service for 4 people, or tovels, this place should never have been rented out ! It was a disgrace! Don't trust the pictures! Lo

Got to the property at 12 after a 6 hour drive i phoned to say we arrived at half 1 they cancelled which was an absolute nightmare to find another property

Flat was nicely decorated Location good - short walk to seaside, shops, restaurants etc Had kitchen which was handy

5 flights of stairs KING bed is just a double Flat OK for 2 adults and child but not 4 adults! Small sofa bed was broken and one of our family ended up sleeping half on the floor! Roadworks outside will mean noise from 7.30am weekday for a while No hanging space or hooks for jackets or towels
