Accommodating and responsive host. Easy check in and check out. Great view from the balcony and location. Quiet place. Comfy bed. Nice, friendly neighbors. :)

The apartment is due for a deep clean and/or renovation to make the most of its potential... The furniture and amenities are run down and not clean, especially the bathtub, toilets, living room sofa and seating on the balcony. Hot tub cover smells bad and is really old, falling apart and leaving dirt in the water. Hot tub takes several hours to fully heat up (we were told it would be 30 mins) and most of the settings aren't working (no light or bubbles, just jets). Missing some basic things that would make the stay better - sponge to wash the dishes + drying rack, basic things for daily cleaning, wine bottle opener, soap in the bathrooms... Some things not working (e.g. bedside table lamp in one of the bedrooms).

Great experience! We were 8 friends. The apartment was clean and comfortable, there is no parking problem and the location is perfect. Alex, the owner, treated us like his sons.
