This experience was dreadful. I would like a refund for our stay. We couldn't sleep in the bed on the first night and had to use blankets to put over the duvets as the sheets were full of body hair and other dirt from a previous guest. The bath and the showers had not been cleaned. There was off milk left in the kitchen and not even soap for us to wash our hands in the bathroom. The cupboards were dirty.

Main bedroom Aircon was leaking. Faulty TV (background lights) Security personnel made me walk In the rain just because my biometrics were not opening on the foyer opposite the shops.
ZAWe loved everything about this place. It's safe, peaceful and very beautiful...Luxurious indeed. There are plenty of clean swimming pools for both children and adults with a sea view. The hosts were very helpful. They made certain that we had everything we needed before check-in and sent out access codes on time. There's a Checkers store just outside the complex which made our stay even easier.
I'd be lying if I say there's something that we didn't like about the place as everything was superb. We just literally left but we are already planning going back for another stay. I 100% recommend the place.
