Cozy Spacious Hotel Type Condo with Smart TV and WiFi

The property had internet WiFi close to local shops for local food - very comfortable and the owner very attentive and great customer services (no washing and dyer but overall it was good still) we extend the stay for a week

The place is spacious and very comfy to stay. The host is also very reponsive. Pet friendly establishment is a plus! My baby dog enjoyed his stay. Will definitely comeback!

The property is exactly how it looks on the pictures provided. You can be entertained just by the PS5 but it still has so much more! It is clean and the location is very good also! Its also near betty go station. The condo has a mini grocery downstairs that is realy complete and it's open 24/7. Miss Flowy is also accommodating and very responsive when it comes to my questions :)

I found this place to be very clean, comfortable, and very spacious for the three people. The bathroom and hot shower were excellent. I enjoy playing console and piano. You could tell that flowy made sure that you will be satisfied during your stay. Furthermore, they clearly explained the area and also arranged a taxi/grab for me from the airport to the condo before I checked in. For (Price), I honestly think this is a good deal I'm. I am looking forward to staying here again one day.

Nice spacious accomodation, well furnitured. Lots of lighting, although there were a few broken ones. Host responds quickly, is well available and friendly. Apart from the Netflix and PS5, other amenities were well appreciated: (board) games, toothpicks, ear cotton buds, cloth steamer, etc. We enjoyed our stay.

Price/quality is below average for the region, as it is more on the expensive side. The spaciousness makes up for it, but for this price range the details start to matter, such as a few broken lights (the most interesting ones), relatively cold shower water (or rather: not really hot/warm). However, what bothered me the most is that 400php per hour for early checkin was requested, so 800 for 2 hours, while the apartment has been unrented/free for at least 1,5 week before arrival. Usually such an early checkin-fee is for cleaning services to speed up and have a bonus, and I am used to 150/hour. So being charged 400/hour while the apartment was already long available, felt like being easy milked as cashcow, for no good appropriate reason. In other places, when the unit was already available, early checkin is usually given for free (replaced by a tip in return). While this left a bitter business-oriented taste to it, we enjoyed our stay, and everything else met our expectations.

Flowy was an amazing host going above and beyond to help us out with our transfers and check in. She made the whole experience easy. The bed was also very comfortable and we had all the amenities we needed.

The room was spacious, but a lot of noise in the corridor special people having dogs , very far away from the rest of the city, make more difficult the traffic to get there. Not reception, not people to receive me only talking at the phone.
