Dolce Acqua Flexyrent apartment Terrace & Parking - NO AC

There is no AC which is such an issue in this heat like actually the apartment temperature was 31 !!! With no ac and only fans and the cleanness of the place wasn’t good. We were in the 4th floor and the elevator was old and not working we had to lift them up in this heat till the 4th floor. Like actually the apartment had a furniture that looks as if it wasn’t changed in many years the rooms were so old and we had to sleep in the living room all 5 of my family members we weren’t able to handle the heat even with the windows open and the fans as soon as the sun came out we packed our bags and rushed outside. I wouldn’t ever come back and I wouldn’t recommend this apartment to anyone

Incredible views and a lot of space ; a lovely relaxed space in a local neighbourhood and 5 minutes from a free beach

One of the bathrooms had a broken toilet, lights needed to be replaced and some of the provisions like oil hadn’t been restocked ; for the price I would expect a Nespresso coffee machine as the nearest cafe was 1 km awAy
