LUXURIOUS 1 BD/2BTH Premium Suite MGM Signature w/balcony

This property was amazing. The facilities were great. It was better than the photos. So much to see and do, with the most comfortable, luxurious apartment to return to each day. We hope to stay again. Five star accommodation.

The room as well as the MGM as a whole was VERY clean. I like the color selection in the interior design of the towers as well as the room.

I didn’t like that the host required me to sign a $35 non refundable damage waiver. The hotel already holds a $300 deposit for possible damages so to me it was unnecessary. The tower is at the south end of the strip so the walk back to the tower can get pretty long if you are north of the strip.

Short walk to the strip. Easy access to MGM Grand. I like that I didn't have to walk through a casino everytime I had to get to my room.

Lovely unit - nice complex

The sofa bed was so bad that two people could not sleep on it because they kept falling together. So we took out the mattress that was alone and put it on the floor upon doing that we found that there were no extra blankets. They have a mattress, but they don’t have a blanket. Also, the sheets for the sofa bed were not adequate and so although it was a lovely property people were piling clothes on because they were not sufficient blankets I don’t understand why they don’t keep an extra blanket over what they think they need in case somebody gets too cold, but they don’t even have the blankets to cover the places they have to sleep

Very clean and awesome host. Was more than welcoming. The check in process was smooth and easy!
