Great position, comfortable room, lovely breakfast

The bed and the shower were great, but that was about it...

If you want to have a real life Fawlty tower experience, just book a room here! The front desk employee even looks like John Cleese. On the desk it says "We speak English". Well, maybe some staff do, but the guy we had... not a single word. And that's fine, but not the slightest attempt to communicate. We got a deadly stare back in response to our question if there would be an additional towel for the room (towel????). Just incredible!! (a good lough afterwards though). The room is well equipped but just too small, the restaurant was sort of Ok (we didn't finish the desert because it was just stale). Overall pretty disappointing for the price they charge.

Well located hotel with really helpful staff and superb restaurant with excellent menu. Public parking nearby. Spacious bedroom and great ensuite.

My room was up 2 flights of stairs which was a bit of a climb!

Renovated since we last stayed there a couple of years ago, so it’s had a much-needed modernisation.

Small room, upstairs but no lift. Its roadside location in a small, unbecoming town. Expensive.

Very disappointed about the soundproofing, I can hear every conversation and difficult to fall asleep with a family next door, I think if you can have the budget to fix it then it would make a 4 stars hotel
