In the time we stayed there there was nothing notable that we liked

It was dirty. The bed sheets were not clean and the walls were covered in dirt and grime. There were insects all about the property. The air conditioning was only in the bedrooms and the WiFi had terrible connection. The beds were rock solid .It did not match the pictures.

The staff were very pleasant and helpful. The villa itself was okay, but they could have put in a bit more effort to create a more luxurious impression. Overall, we enjoyed our stay, but for the price, we would have expected a more luxurious villa 🙂

There wasn’t a cozy outdoor area to spend evenings—only plastic chairs and a wooden pergola-style lounging base. Initially, cleaning every other day was promised, but in reality we had to notify them each time whether we wanted the rooms to be cleaned or not.

Nejhorší ubytko, co jsme v Thajsku měli a že jsme jich vystřídali. Za tu cenu rozhodně nestojí. Špinavý pokoj, špinavá koupelna. Personál na recepci byl sice milý, ale to pobyt rozhodně nezachránilo. Měli jsme pobyt se snídaní, to se rozhodně nevyplatí - snídaně ani nebyla, protože hodinu po začátku snídaně neměli nic připravené. Byl nakrájený akorát meloun. A slečna ta dělala po jednom lívance, co 10 min přidala na tác jeden lívanec. No. Nedoporučuji vůbec.

We had a fantastic stay at Amadha Villa Retreat. The rooms are spacious, clean, and very comfortable, and the location is perfect - close to everything yet peaceful and quiet. The facilities are excellent and well maintained, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay. A wonderful place to stay that we would happily recommend.

Breakfast is tragic, not worth the money. You sign a contract that says you need to pay for everything you touch -extra dirty towel - pay, you left dirty dishes - pay. It's pure greed - even the children's floaties for the pool you need to rent :)

Das Personal war freundlich und hilfsbereit. Unser Check out um 6 Uhr morgens war ohne Probleme möglich. Die Kommunikation über WhatsApp und direkt mit dem Personal war gut. Der Pool zum Abkühlen war super.

Es gibt recht viele Verbotsschider und Hinweise auf Strafzahlungen, wenn man etwas dreckig macht oder beschädigt. Bei unserer Ankunft fehlten schon einige Dinge oder waren fleckig (Handtücher, Bettwäsche). Die Lage ist bisschen außerhalb. Mit Grab kommt man auch als Familie schnell zum Strand. Es gibt allerdings auch keine Einkaufsmöglichkeiten oder Restaurants fußläufig. Das muss man berücksichtigen.
