No breakfast as the owner cancelled our booking after we process the payment. So disgusting and never do it again to the unit and booking.com as well.

I dont like the way booking.com and shell residence has no obligation between the host and the client they must be responsible to this. This can be damage on your business as well.

They are not even know where to contact thier partners host.

just the location

on room 505 the care taker ask for 1000 pesos deposite even though were fully paid. then i informed the contact person Jocy Fermin that my family will check out early at 5:00 am and i will come back for the deposited money as me and my partner is still checked in on the other building. i keep contacting them but until now no response as if they dont want to return my 1000 pesos deposited money.

Poor communication / inactive host

The location of the property is excellent as it is truly walking distance to the Mall of Asia. The security guards at the lobby were good. The lady who was there to give us the keys and show us the apartment (Rose) got to the reception area at exactly two PM --- check in time. She was also accommodating and resourceful enough to quickly switch me to another room when the WiFi in the first room did not work and I had a work call at 3 PM. So, I was really appreciative of that.

The place was clean and tidy and the kitchen was well-equipped. However, we had hourly sightings of 1.5 cm long cockroaches. We saw them in the bathroom, kitchen area, and living room. I kind of just mentally ignored them. But other visitors might have had a freak attack. Best to use some cleaning supplies to control these cockroaches. Also, there was no hand soap in the bathroom, no toiletries. At least a hand soap would have been nice. And for 2 people for 2 nights, one roll of toilet paper was not sufficient. We had to buy some more from the store in the ground level. Another thing, we were asked to provide a 2,000 PHP deposit which I did not have because it was not mentioned in the Booking.Com contract.

Confirming my booking 5 days of my business partners arrival 7 of them just to find out that the good damn unit WAS NOT available for them to stay !!!
