The proximity to the underground station is the best feature, so convenient to reach London's main attractions easily. Property was very clean, owners were easy to reach (even reached out to make sure I was okay with the heatwave) and the video instructions made it really easy to enter the studio. The full size fridge/freezer and oven are very useful, and there are several food stores within easy walking distance. There is a bar/pub just below, but I haven't heard any noise coming from downstairs. All the pictures in the description are very realistic and accurate, what you see is what you get.

Just minor issues, I did appreciate my stay. The facilities mentioned are accurate, although a bit on the minimalist side. Street parking is limited to residents with permits between 11am and 12pm, something to consider if you plan to leave the car parked during the day. The main gate is a bit scary at first, but the sensors turn on the lights immediately, and I felt safe, even as a solo traveller.

This place is a hidden gem! Adam and Rachel were excellent and responsive hosts, making sure my stay ran smoothly even in a heatwave! The kitchen was very well stocked, with tea, coffee and other essentials available. I stayed for my graduation at Middlesex university - highly recommended as was close to everything in North London! Would definitely stay here again.

Everything was amazing. Really clean property and it was a really good location for us. 2 minute walk from Hendon Central station. The owners Adam and Rachel are lovely and really helpful. Definitely recommend!

Everything was fabulous!! Adam and Rachel, the flat owners, are amazing persons!! They provided complete, clear and very helpful info for a smooth check-in and check out, the flat and its amenities were absolutely great and the location perfect for our trip!! We'll definitely stay again and recommend their property without any hesitation!!

Gute Kommunikation mit den Gastgebern, die Lage ist hervorragend- direkt eine Bushaltestelle vor der Türe & die U-Bahn ist keine 2 Minuten entfernt, es sind genug Märkte in der Nähe, so kann man sich in der Küche ein schnelles Essen machen, am Fernseher konnte man mit den Accounts Disney oder Netflix schauen, was man so auch nicht überall hat

Leider hat es im Flur unerträglich gestunken- genauso im Zimmer, nach dem Lüften war es ok, unser Föhn war defekt und hat zu brennen begonnen- es wurde jedoch eine schnelle Lösung vom Gastgeber gefunden, der Teppichboden hatte einige Flecken & wir hatten leider einige fremde Haare im Bett
