スタッフは、若くて感じのいいスタッフでした。

宿泊初日、深夜に、大きな物音で目が覚めました。朝に何の音だったのか確認すると…　ドアのカード掛けのフックが深夜に突然落ちたようです。カードフックは、簡単な接着で付けてあったようですが…　何故深夜に落ちたのか？　　あとは、契約当初は現地払いの契約だったのに…　宿泊数日前に、「繁忙期なので、前払いをしないとキャンセルする」との勧告。初めから前払いしか受け付けない契約にしているのなら理解できますが…　話が変わるなんて、初めての経験です。とても驚きました。　宿泊２日前に、旅行のスケジュールを変更して支払いをしに行きましたが…　理解できません。

The staff was excellent. We arrived with a miscommunication in the booking. The staff was very helpful and was able to resolve the issue. We loved the idea of 24-hour check-in and free laundry, although we didn't use it.

The booking description didn't match my expectations. The breakfast pho was excellent, but the rest of the breakfast items were lacking.
