Nice place to stay but.........

Next to my room, in another old building, we got woken up at 4.30 AM by someone who was demolishing a wall with a hammer! A nightmare! So I stayed only one night. But the good news is that they moved me to another Hotel called "Signature by M Village Đà Nẵng Heritage" , with an upgraded room for the same price. The hotel is super friendly, beautiful, and very quiet, and a great breakfast..

I recently stayed at this new hotel and had a wonderful experience. The rooms were exceptionally clean and spacious, making for a very comfortable stay. The location is unbeatable—just a short walk to the Han River, with Han Market only two minutes away, and directly opposite the famous pink cathedral. This made it incredibly convenient for sightseeing and exploring the local area. The staff were outstanding especially Sirris —friendly, helpful, and always ready to assist with any requests. Their warm hospitality truly enhanced my stay. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a clean, well-located, and welcoming place to stay!

Location is great,

however the noise from 2 bars next to it can be annoyed. They didn’t clean the room, they only made the bed and didn’t bother to change new towels, the floor was dirty

Location is fantastic

Friendly staff, clean and comfortable bed, nice shower, nice common area too, lots of places nearby to eat and buy stuff. Short cab ride from the beach too

The location is great (right opposite to Tân Định Catholic Church). Even though the outer building looks a bit old, the room itself is well furnished and seems newly renovated (perfectly painted without scratch, all bathroom accessories are very new). We had City View room at 4/F. The staff friendly reminded us that there could be noise at night due to the night bar at the next street. Probably it was rainy night, we were not bothered by the noise at all. The breakfast buffet is good. We enjoyed the city view during breakfast. :)

Location was good. Very walkable. Easy to navigate . The big lobby/ work space is great. The Cafe Indigo in lobby is great. The self access laundry is great. Staff is very friendly and helpful. I needed my EVISA for Cambodia printed and they were very happy to take care of this.

Having the hotel attached to the cafe downstairs was super convenient. It’s a very relaxing area to enjoy a cup of coffee, and to conduct some remote work. M Village Hotel in central Da Nang is a modern hotel located in a convenient part of the city. It’s located within walking distance to some iconic attractions, like the Dragon Bridge, & it is directly located across from the beautiful Da Nang Cathedral. There is also quite the selection of enjoyable restaurant & food options to choose from in the area as well. We really enjoyed our stay here, especially compared to staying at a few other hotels in the area!

Nothing much?

It is a nice place to stay in Da Nang if you are looking for a central location. Close to pretty much everything, right in the middle of the hustle and bustle. The cafe on the first floor has good coffee and the staff were very helpful. Wifi is also good.

There is a club right next door that is pretty loud until late. I had to change rooms twice because it was pretty loud. You can literally hear the sound of the music and feel the bass vibrating.
