I messaged the owner on the morning of our stay to request access details to the property, nothing received back. This had been booked at least a month prior to our stay for an event in Leeds. We travelled to the property on the day and it was not until we literally arrived at the door, did I receive an email stating the property was no longer available. This is entirely unacceptable. Even a message in the morning could have saved us wasted time and fuel. In the end we had to desperately find alternate accommodation which ended up costing twice as much.
