Top Lage, Heizung im ganzen Haus, Freundliche Betreuung durch Ezio, Alles da, was man braucht & noch viel mehr ! Die StandSeilbahn ( für den Gepäcktransport ) ist einzigartig !

Es war wieder wunderschön an diesem sensationellen Ort - dichter kann man nicht am Meer wohnen. Alles ist mehr als ausreichend, z.B. zum Kochen vorhanden. Tolle klassische Plattensammlung, die dafür sorgt, dass man den Aufenthalt wie in einem wunderschönen Film aus den 70ern empfindet. Sehr freundlicher Empfang - vielen Dank.

Leider wird zu wenig für den Erhalt dieses Kleinods getan, sehr schade!

Bijzondere locatie, prachtig gelegen aan zee. Met privé strandje. Vlakbij Triëst.

Wij zijn tevreden. Je moet wel vooraf beseffen dat het veel trappen lopen is, was voor ons geen probleem, maar wel belangrijk dit te weten voordat je de accommodatie boekt

Si vous en avez marre des lieux calibrés, si vous vous en fichez des équipements globalises et si vous avez envie de vous sentir invités dans une maison de famille un peu vintage …allez chez Edouardo : le lieu est fantastique et l’hôte est d’une générosité rare. Baignade 10 fois par jour et vue sur le golfe de Trieste dont on ne se lasse pas ! 1000 mercis !!!

Il faut aimer la sensation « bout du monde » et bien penser à faire toutes ses courses à l’avance (y compris le café !) pour ne plus avoir à quitter ce paradis absolu.

"Great location, complicated access, not very good maintained house"

The location of the house itself is breathtaking - the house is located just above the sea (maybe 10 meters above), with a private antrance to the rocky beach with some small concrete piers, in the time of our visit (August) was the neighbourhood very quiet despite there are several other houses on the hillside above. The sea view from the big balcony is fantastic, there is a garden furniture as well as a little swing for enjoying the sunset. There is an audio-system and some vinyls with classical music available in the living room and the combination of the sea wawes and Vivaldi is unforgettable.

The house is quite old, including the furniture and equipment. After investing into renovation, it could be fantastic holiday house. A/C at least for the bedrooms would be appreciated, as well as insect nets for the windows. The parking is available on the side of a road above the house only. To get to the house you must either to climb down a "thousand" steep and narrow stairs or to encourage yourself to use a (probably) hundred years old equipment, which is a something between a lift and a cable car. Small, suitable for 4 persons, slow, squealing. Every transport with that thing was a little adventure... anyway, its still working in some way.
