"Horrible!"

This property was in a horrific state when I arrived on the first night. The apartment was not cleaned. The toilets had toothpaste marks on the floor and sink. The floors were disgusting and weren’t wiped. The bath tub was not washed. The kitchen was not cleaned as the counter and floor had dirt particles everywhere. The beds were roughly made up and looked nothing like the photos online. The windows are in an appalling condition, completely covered in spider webs. What made this worse was the property management acted as if the condition of the property was acceptable. I demanded the first night refund and was declined. Prior to my arrival I had requested in writing that the apartment be properly cleaned yet they did not honour this. They acted in complete bad faith.

"Great stay"

Good instructions - easy to find, to collect keys/gain entry. Close parking and lift we’re good for elderly relative staying with us. Beds (including sofa bed) were comfortable.

"Perfect apartment as everything is in walking distance"

We went to a T20 cricket match at Somerset County ground which was amazingly close. The town was all in walking distance, Tesco 2 minutes walk away. The park was on your doorstep which was lovely to walk around.

Rubbish bin area was overflowing! The side door was always left open!

"Ideal for a short stay"

Close to big supermarket. Well equipped kitchen.

Difficult to find. Not as clean as it could be. Kitchen floor a bit grubby and same in bathroom.

"Pleasant family trip to Taunton - lovely flat. Would definitely stay again."

Great central location. Flat was clean with quirky decor and very well equipped. Central but quiet location with pleasant outlook overlooking riverside area. Nice big comfy beds.

Nothing really - if I was to be really picky, a couple more towels could be provided and maybe an extra toilet roll! But all good - I would definitely stay here again.
