Great stay, lovely hosts who couldn’t do enough to help! Breakfast was also great with a good selection! Parking onsite which is an added bonus! Would definitely return!

"A lovely guest house experience"

We had a great stay - Lynn & Mike were wonderful hosts, the guest house is lovely and really well located (Windermere town is on your doorstep). Breakfast was fab!

"Perfect stay for 2 nights in a perfect location!"

Perfect location in the centre of the village & only a 20 minute walk down to the lake. Breakfast was outstanding with a lot of variety to choose from and all table service. Rooms and the whole property were super clean and decorated beautifully. Mike and Lynn were so welcoming and friendly, couldn’t do enough for us! Also gorgeous garden area which we enjoyed in the sunshine. Will 100% be returning and would recommend to anybody!!
