The location was fantastic, close to everything we needed, and the facilities were great. The check-in and check-out process was smooth and hassle-free, which made things even more convenient. One of the highlights was definitely the garden - beautifully maintained, full of aromatic plants, and perfect for relaxing. Having the whole property to ourselves was a big plus, offering privacy and peace throughout our stay.

The only downside was the cleanliness. There was a strong odor of mold inside, and some areas weren’t properly cleaned — the floors were dirty, the kitchen countertops felt sticky, and the windows hadn't been cleaned in a while. With a bit more attention to hygiene, the property would be truly great.

Parking, general location, nice kitchen and bedroom. A small but attractively quirky place to stay.

The check-in process was much more complex than usual with Booking.Com properties, involving photo ID (which seems a dubious practice for UK citizens). We didn’t realise until nearly at the property that you need to check in with Joivy as well, and this should be made (much) clearer when first booking. There is no dishwasher, and therefore more washing-up products should be provided (e.g. gloves and sponges). For two adults staying for five nights, provision of two towels only was somewhat parsimonious and there is no storage provision for non-hanging clothes.

Super beautiful, comfortable, cozy and well located. great value for money. It's about a 25 minute walk to the old town, and there is many restaurants around and public transport. Fully recommend.

There is a leak on the kitchen so when it rains it gets wet.

Location was excellent and communication with owners was proactive and very prompt. The cottage was cozy and a good size for a couple.

Just a few creaky floorboards and low doorframe to the bathroom might catch out taller people. Very minor.

I loved the free on-site parking and location

The shower situation was interesting. It worked, but the shower water got all over the bathroom floor.
