Ausstattung und Lage isind sehr gut. Wir hatten einen Mietwagen, Parkplatz direkt vor der Ferienwohnung. Uns hat die Ruhe überrascht. Schöne große Terrasse, jeden Morgen konnten wir draußen frühstücken. Der Weg zum Strand ist gut machbar. Es gab sogar einen Sonnenschirm, den wir täglich mit ans Meer nehmen konnten.

Eine Gästeinformation zur Wohnung hat gefehlt ( W-LAN, Fernseher, Müll). In der Dusche muss dringend was getan werden, der Zustand passt nicht zu der Wohnung. Auf meinen Hinweis an den Vermieter wurde mir leider sehr unpassend geantwortet. SCHADE. Die Auflagen der Liegen auf der Terrasse könnte man auch tauschen, es gibt mehrere Risse im Stoff.

L’appartamento sarebbe molto carino e comodo per gli spostamenti

Intanto per cominciare l’appartamento non era assolutamente ben tenuta e ben fornito, soprattutto tenendo conto che noi ci siamo restati tre settimane l’assistenza è stata terribile. Appena arrivati, abbiamo segnalato che lo scarico del lavandino del bagno e della doccia non funzionavano e che le porte della doccia erano rotte, dopo vari solleciti e coinvolgimento di Booking hanno mandato qualcuno che ha più o meno sistemato gli scarichi, ma non le porte della doccia, tanto che la sera una porta mi è caduta sul piede, procurandomi un ematoma. Ho mandato le foto all’assistente, la quale per tutta risposta mi ha inviato un messaggio con scritto che il giorno dopo avrebbe cancellato la prenotazione e voleva che lasciassimo le chiavi nella cassetta senza nemmeno una parola sul fatto che mi sono fatta male. Ho dovuto coinvolgere nuovamente Booking inviando le foto e inviando anche le foto dei messaggi con l’assistente. La casa era priva delle cose basilari, ad esempio non un cambio di federe per i cuscini e non un cambio di lenzuola. Non un piatto fondo tanto che siamo dovuti andare a comperare piatti coltelli che tagliassero un cavatappi e terrina per l’insalata mollette per stendere la biancheria ce n’erano esattamente quattro. Il copri materasso come si potrà vedere dalle foto non ha visto un bucato da molto tempo l’aspirapolvere in dotazione come tutto il resto del pavimento era pieno di capelli lunghi ed io e mio marito abbiamo tutti e due i capelli corti. Una nota particolare va assegnata alla zanzariera della camera principale non dico nulla e vedrete le foto

Jardín descuidado, además, había excremento seco de algún perro junto a las plantas del mismo.

the location was OK if you have a car. the house was nice (the photos are correct). there is sufficient space for 4 people. the kitchen is equipped with essential items- pots, microwave, plates, cup etc. . 2 modern TVs to relax with your preferred series (if you connect your Netflix etc. account) small garden is lovely.

Unfortunately, the fridge does not have a freezer (so no ice-cream, no ice cubes, no freezing of colling elements for our picknick bag)- our biggest disappointment. There are humidity issues in the smallest bedroom, so we had humidity smell in the room and in the wardrobe. there is no air-conditioning, nor ventilator (some nights it was difficult to sleep even with all windows open). Moskito net is only in main bedroom (thus you are not protected from the insects crawling in). Some of kitchen items were overused (pans scratched and cutting knife not sharp, no knife sharpener available). The communication with owner was not effective (no upfront information about organization of cleaning (it is not included), garbage or bed lining change, toilet paper or garbage bags, only after asking questions we received some information) we stayed 3 weeks, and we got changed bed sheets and towels at the end of 2nd week also refill of toilet paper and additional garbage bags. we didnot like Costa Calma so we mostly vent to Morro Jable for dinner and Playa de Butihondo.
