静かで庭園が見えて清潔でした。朝食ブュッフェも良かったです。

部屋着がワンピース？ ワッフル素材はいいのですが、ヨレヨレだし、短くて下にはくズボンというかパンツが欲しかったです。 着心地最悪でした。部屋着を持って行かない時に限って、着心地悪い部屋着にあうんですよね

The location is good, the environment is also quite good

The sound insulation is unsatisfying, and they don’t provide free daily cleaning. The air conditioning is also somehow working badly,

朝食のレベルが高く、ホテルの日本庭園を眺めながら食事ができるのも非日常体験でよかったです。ホテルの立地もギリギリ小倉駅徒歩圏内だし、モノレールの駅も近いので重宝した。部屋も古いといえば古いが、清潔感もあって、古き良き伝統ある洋風ホテルという感じでした。

ホテルの湯舟の栓が金具を回しても浮かび上がらず、シャワーの水が初日は湯舟に残って流れなかった。翌日、フロントに言ったら、すぐに直してくれた。ホテル前でタクシーが拾いやすいと更に便利ですが、大通りに出れば、徒歩、モノレール、タクシー乗り場と移動手段は問題なかった。

部屋の雰囲気が良く、朝食ヴュッフェが多彩で美味しかった。

バスタブの水抜きがスムーズに流れない。

Lobby and gardens were beautiful, there was a wedding happening when we arrived and i’m sure it was a gorgeous setting.

The room was very outdated, which is not something I usually mind, things don’t have to be totally modern to be nice. But the walls and floor were DIRTY. And the A/C vent was COVERED in mold. I did not feel comfortable staying the night in the hotel with moldy air blowing on me all night so we ended up leaving and taking the train to Hiroshima a day early. We did not inform the staff that we were unhappy with the conditions, and I’m sure they would have been accommodating, but I simply did not feel comfortable knowing one of the nicest rooms they offer was so egregiously unclean.

当日予約でしたが、眺望のいいお部屋でした。 やや照明は暗かったけど快適だった。 朝食は、九州各地の名産があり美味しかったです。 静かで過ごしやすかった。
