It was so smelly when we enter the place.We couldn’t sleep properly at the first night cause our bed so itchy and hard.We found some hair in the pillow.The beddings,utensils,sponge and the sofa are dirty.We are 5 but they give us only 3 single duvet.They give us a wrong lock box and code at first

if it was more homely an clean things provided what you would expected for price and at least clean bedding and hoover and no dish cloth no towels for grown up s owner very poor communication was dreadful ignored us the cleaner argued with us over the dirty smelly un ironed bedding. Honest was rip off. For price spoilt my bday trip waiting around trying to get intouch No help sofa bed or sofa you sit on your basically sitting on floor it’s old scruffy and beds are dirty no mattress Covers or protection. Tv only works if u use app no dish cloth no brush or hoover Double bed so old they need to learn from this not happy at all toilet brush omg disgusting not enough Cutlery or pans two pans burnt up

The unit was clean and neat. Spacious for a family of 4.

It was extremely hot with no fan or air conditioning. Noisy area in the evening. Uncomfortable beds. The unit we booked was occupied and a double booking seemed to have occurred. Fortunately the caretaker of the building was able to contact the owner and put us in another room. This was stressful!

Everything was good bar the shower,couldn't get it to work properly,Everything else very happy

1. No toilet tissue paper. We have to buy on our own. Why we have to bear this cost? 2. We have to take few turns (here and there) within the apartment to reach our room 3. Room heater didn't worked initially and have to do quite a few phone calls and trials to achieve it. 4. For 2 hours extended checkout, we have to pay additional fee of 30 GBP.
