Very spacious, clean and well-equipped apartment! We had a perfect stay!

Close to a walk along the ocean wall, 25 minute walk into town, bus right outside the door, kitchenette, elevator. Patricia was friendly when we checked in.

On a VERY noisy road, kitchenette not well stocked, especially no coffee pot (and this is Italy!), we asked for any type of coffee maker but never received one, washing machine but no instructions and no soap. Very narrow staircase to loft bedroom, we left our suitcases down in living room. Generally the least desirable of the many apartments we stayed in in Tuscany.

Perfect location, impeccably clean apartments, and everything needed for a comfortable stay and relaxation. Thank you so much, Signora Patrizia, for your care. What I also really liked is that you can have breakfast, lunch, and dinner nearby; the restaurant owners along the street are polite, and the dishes are delicious.

Excellent location, near the bus stop, can actually see the sea from there. The flat was very well decorated and had everything one needed for a short stay. Patrizia was great and very welcoming. I kind of don't want to tell people about how great this place is because that means it may be booked next time we come around.

Opening the door to the street at first was a bit faffy (it's disabled access and stays open for ages). But the area is not dangerous at all so it was fine, it's just my insecure 'big city dweller' brain.
