MYThe facilities. Cleanliness was ok.
The staff was rude. They need to learn how to communicate with customers. They refused to pick up the phone whenever we called. The one time they picked up, the lady was rude and put down before we finished talking. We just wanted to know where to put my bags first and what time. We initially agreed at 1130am to 12 noon.. Then they told us 130pm which was too late. They acted like we would disturb the former guest which we didn't intend to do. They also had to use all caps and bold wordings to talk to us like they were yelling. Then their card didn't work. When we ask for replacement, they said don't have. There was wifi in the room and it was on but they won't give you password. Also there was renovation going on in the building which woke us up the next morning. From the rude staff to the trouble we had to go through having to put our bags first. We won't be staying there again.
