Beautiful sunlit room, 2 mins from beach, private garden

Couldn't have asked for a better place to stay! The house, hosts and food were all amazing. Absolutely loved our visit and we can't wait to be back.

We only booked one night and should have stayed longer! Will look forward to making a longer trip back!

Alice was lovely and friendly, she couldn't do enough to check i was ok. The bed was cosy and very comfy :)

The room was basic, no TV and difficult to make a cup of tea when small kettle was on the floor and not detachable. No wardrobe to unpack so had to use only chair which meant the bed was the only place to sit as well as sleep. No carpets so awoken by people walking past my room, other guests didn't close the toilet doors when using the facilities which wasn't good and breakfast options were for me to cook myself which I wasn't expecting ... also area made me feel vulnerable when walking back when dark.

Friendly hosts, good selection for help-yourself breakfast. Great restaurant recommendation (saffron). Nice to have dressing gowns supplied for trips to the bathroom. Secure parking for the motorbike.

Both bed and floorboards very creaky which was a bit embarrassing. This is a chambre d'hote where you share the kitchen and bathrooms which may not suit all.

Close to the harbour and accomodating with parking. Best fish & chips from Jacks chippy.

The house and rooms beautifully decorated. Bedrooms lovely, spacious and with robes and hot water bottles provided. Very friendly host who went out of her way to help.

I’d advise being clear that this is a house share with the hosts sleeping in bedroom next door to one of the guest bedrooms and using the same bathrooms. It worked out fine but just felt lacking in privacy for this reason and we were worried about disturbing hosts when we got back in the evening. A few basic toiletries for guests to use would have been nice.

The lady was very Friendly. It was very nice of her and her family to open their house out fir us to stay. It was very clean and cosy inside. Would definitely visit again
