"Unpleasant experience"

We arrived late. Next morning went to shower and water ran straight out under the bath. Told agent by 9am and sent video of problem. Went out and came back at 4 pm. Still not fixed spent time phoning/msg agent no reply. Phoned booking.com they tried no answer. Next morning they answered at 8am. We really needed a shower by now and we said we were willing to wait until 11am. But she couldn't commit to this. We made the decision to leave and find alternative accommodation. It was so stressful and took up such a lot of time when we should have been having a peaceful break. We paid for our new accommodation. And haven't had a refund for this accommodation or at least for the 2 nights we weren't there.
