It was hot in the common areas (not in the apartment, the apartment had AC)

Charmant studio situé dans une résidence privée avec parking couvert, piscines, le tout dans un très bel immeuble. Le studio a tout le confort nécessaire. Le grand plus : sa terrasse avec sa piscine privée à l’étage. Coup de cœur ! Le logement est plutôt bien situé dans le centre de Tulum tout proche de supermarchés

Schöne Unterkunft mit vielen Möglichkeiten, wie Pool auf dem Dach, eigenes Kino, Gym und Velo Vermietung.

Manager nicht erreichbar. Uns fehlten Toilettenpapier, Reinigungsmittel, etc. Nach dem wir an der Rezeption nachgefragt hatten wie das hier läuft und ob wir es selber kaufen müssen, haben Sie es organisiert. Obwohl die Rezeption nicht dafür zuständig wäre, da es sich nicht un ein Hotel handelt.

La situation geographique qui nous a permis de visiter et de profiter de la ville .La possibilité de garer en toute sécurité la voiture de location . La proximité d un grand supermarché. Mais surtout la piscine privative en terrasse et la magnifique piscine du roof top.

Le lit d appoint pour la troisième personne . Très petit et mal placé . Ce logement n est clairement pas fait pour trois adultes

The rooftop pool was great, also the private splash pool was a nice addition even though we didn’t use it this time.

I especially missed that you couldn’t do your laundry at the hotel. Even though the building is only a couple of years old, it is a bit worn down. Tiles were missing in the private pool, one of the elevator buttons didn’t work etc.

Emplacement plutôt pratique, superbe immeuble (piscine, salle de sport, cinéma…) et personne très sympathique. L’appartement est très bien, avec piscine privative et grand balcon.

Blason pas aménagé, il faudrait à minima des chaises pour pouvoir en profiter. Un seul vélo, pas très pratique à deux. Je suis obligée de mettre une mauvaise note ça nous avons passé 3 jours sans eau chaude… le gérant a appelé de la maintenance mais ça n’a pas résolu le problème. Ça arrive, mais quand j’ai fait une demande au service client, Booking m’a informé ne pas avoir trouvé d’accord avec le gérant pour me proposer une compensation. C’est Booking qui a du faire un geste (merci Booking), mais je trouve ça assez honteux de la part du gérant de ne pas avoir fait le moindre geste.

Unterkunft entspricht den Fotos. Sehr sauber und super Lage. Pool (sowohl Dachterrasse als auch privat) ein Highlight! Personal des Wohnkomplexes sehr nett! Supermarkt nur 5 min zu Fuß entfernt.

Kommunikation mit Gastgeber nicht möglich: keine Reaktion auf Fragen, ausschließlich automatisch generierte Mails. Kein Personal des Gastgebers vor Ort - nur Personal des Wohnkomplexes. Kühlschrank extrem laut - stört etwas, da Bett und Küche in einem offenen Raum. Wünschenswert wären Sitzgelegenheiten auf dem unteren Balkon, da die Stühle am Pool nicht wettergeschützt sind.

Clean and modern, and the apartment block itself is nice and in a good location. Communal rooftop pool is great.

The private pool was full of dirty brown water when I arrived - I reported this first thing the next morning and it was fixed at 5.30pm. However, whatever was done to fix it meant there were then incredibly loud banging and splashing noises on the ceiling above the bedroom all night long, making it truly impossible to sleep (even with earplugs in!). This was fixed the following day, but meant that the first two days of my stay there was no access to the private pool and an impossible night’s sleep - I have requested a refund or compensation for these nights, but no reply on this.

De lichten van het zwembad werkte niet maar de eigenaar was super vriendelijk en liet ons een hele dag nog verblijven ter compensatie
