Central location in a great complex with 300mbps internet

Nos gustó mucho la ubicación, cerca de todo, playa, avenida... También nos gustó del apartamento el mobiliario, cómodo y con ventilador. La piscina está bien, sobretodo a última hora de la tarde, que no había tanta gente, y podías disfrutarla. El chiringuito bien, precios no muy altos.

La piscina aunque estaba bien, era poca piscina para tantos alojamientos, masificada, pero a última hora de la tarde la podrías disfrutar sin tanta gente. El chiringuito bien, a excepción del horario.

El apartamento, cuando entre al apartamento el check-in me parece excesivo a las 16:00 pierdes todo el día prácticamente, el termo perdía agua, no había presión de agua en el apartamento, el suelo sucio lleno de pelos sobre todo en el baño, hablando del baño un olor horroroso como a cerrado a tubería, el apartamento necesita más cuidado

Private apartment in a secluded corner of the La Penita resort. Great sized kitchen with all essentials. Big pool. Very convenient location to the promenade and a beautiful beach directly across the road from the Serenity complex on the corner. Comfortable bed in the bedroom and a big fridge. All was in perfect working order. Excellent value for money for what it is 👍

Steep steps down to the property, wouldn't be good for someone with reduced mobility. The construction work next door was noisy during the day but we got used to it. We were warned in advance and given a discounted rate so communication was good from the owners. Due to the apartment location it is a bit dark, but this can't be helped.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful apartment, and I can’t recommend it highly enough! From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel incredibly welcome. Their hospitality is truly exceptional; they were always available to assist with any questions and responded to my messages almost instantly. The cleanliness of the apartment was impeccable. It was clear that great care is taken to maintain a spotless environment, which made my stay even more enjoyable. The check-in and check-out instructions were straightforward and easy to follow, making the entire process seamless. The apartment itself is absolutely beautiful! It is well-equipped with everything you need for a fantastic vacation. The decor is lovely, creating a cozy atmosphere that feels like home away from home. I have previously stayed in the same complex at La Peñita, but I can confidently say that this private apartment is a thousand times better! Location-wise, it couldn’t be better! It’s conveniently situated near shops, restaurants, and stunning beaches. Everything you could possibly want is just a short walk away. Overall, my experience was nothing short of amazing. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a perfect getaway!

I was there with two family members, and the apartment was spacious enough for us. It's on the ground floor with a nice patio area. We had a problem with the shower overflowing, but this was fixed within a couple of hours of contacting the host. Otherwise it's in a great location and a lovely complex.

It had fans but no air-con. Steep step to the apartment entrance, so be aware if you have mobility issues. Sockets on walls are not safe. They come out when you remove the plug. The pull out bed is very grubby and not comfortable A lot of insects in the bathroom.
