Charming picturesque cottage - nr Tenterden & Rye, pets welcomed

In an excellent location allowing us to visit some lovely Kent villages. There was a footpath from the property but it had its own lake and outdoor seating area. The accomodation has one double bed and 2 singles. The owners are very understanding about dogs and provide some throws for the furniture. The kitchen is very well equipped. The bathroom has a lovely deep bath and a shower in a wet area.

There is nothing I can think of.

Road noise at night

Its location is absolutely stunning. Very well equipped

single bed on left hand side very noisy.

The setting was beautiful and the accommodation was to a high standard and provided everything we needed. The owners were on site and very friendly and the welcome box of snacks was a lovely touch.

Unfortunately the road behind the barn is very noisy - if you are a light sleeper then earplugs are a must!

Traffic noise, particularly lorries, on nearby A28 Had anticipated a BBQ - found a small George Foreman BBQ in garden. Cooked inside instead.

Beautiful grounds, comfy, cosy and well-equipped. We barbecued and ate in the evening light, then strolled the lake where there are also fine seating and eating areas...
