ROExcellent value for money. In our case, an excellent starting point for both the Jasna Ski resort and the Lomnica ski resort. Room was perfect for our needs (family with 6 years old child). Jacuzzi and sauna just an extra bonus. Good communication and everything worked perfectly and seamlessly.
Maybe the water in the bigger pool could be a bit warmer.
GBThe property host is so helpful, even when I called late in the evening because I forgot how checking in works, we was made to feel that it wasn’t a problem to contact at any point.
The guy who works the desk left us outside in the cold when we didn’t understand how checking in worked, instead of inviting us in whilst we cleared up the problem he returned to the reception desk instead of letting us stand in whilst we sorted everything out. Again this is not the host merely the guy who works at reception.
