The accommodation was lovely, clean, spacious, and comfortable. Communication with the host was excellent, and they were very responsive. The house's proximity to downtown Houston was ideal. Overall, I would highly recommend this home and host and would gladly stay there again if the need arose.

We enjoyed our stay very much, although the hot water supply was somewhat limited, requiring a pause before resuming. This wasn't a significant problem, but as a family of four with two young children, it did necessitate some coordination of shower times to ensure everyone had hot water.

On the surface the place looks fine

It took us only 5 minutes to see this was in no way an elegant or luxury place as suggested on the description. The owner or manager seems well intentioned but the house has been built at a very low standard. The house would not pass any building inspection. Electric cables exposed near the boiler, electric sockets broken and open on the wall, smoke detector missing, water pipes in the same duct as electric cables and electric cables soaked in water. On top of this, pillow covers were not clean, they had buggers and looks obvious that linen hadn’t been washed. We ended up buying pillows and covers disgusted by the state of the ones available. AC was not working and turns out the fan only works in one room if you turn the lights on. Hair inside the fridge. Substandard looking furniture and walls with stains and death insects all over. We left one day before after so many safety hazards.

some insects were inside but was no problem to clean up some handy work to the cabinets also need work

Very nice newly renovated. Great location.

Ceiling fan in master bedroom cannot be used without having recessed light on. But it was comfortable without it.

Looked great. Quiet neighborhood. Will most definitely book again when I visit.

Roku remote: arrows button damaged. It still worked just difficult to operate. Very minor issue. Everything else was great!
