The host was quit rude to me from the beginning. 1)The time to check out was between 10h00-11h00 and she was really rude and said she have another booking so we MUST check out early the Sunday that they can clean on a Sunday which was Fathers day and we plan a breakfast before leaving and can not do it because of the rude host. 2)No aircons or fire place in the house which is cold in the winter...not practical 3)We keep asking for the keys , that was never avaible at all the entire weekend ; 4)The box with code which they left the keys in was not working at all. Luckly there was a back door open on Friday night. Much better places to stay in Dullstroom , which is in town which are clean , good services and warm reception. Will not book there again and will not recommend this place or the rude host . NB **For sure not a 9 star according to reviews. Will rather say a 5 or 6. Looks like house is not finish building. No mirrors in rooms etc..

The villa is so beautiful,breathtaking i really enjoyed my stay.very convenient for families and friends

Property was big and spacious and it cater for a large group of people. The place was very clean and the furniture was modern Kitchen is very beautiful and easy to find your way around. House had amazing views of the landscapes from every room. The Host was very kind, gentle and communicative , everything was explained to us and made the entire experience amazing!
