"Disappointing"

The A/C didn’t work. There was a pair of a childs pants in the bathroom floor. And none of the doors will shut not even the front door unless the deadbolt is locked

Very secluded but close to downtown Pigeon Forge only about a 10 minute drive. Very clean and comfortable and has everything you need!! Hosts were amazing!

"Disappointed & Disgusted"

The cabin is gorgeous. Location is close to everything. The beds were soft. You are secuded from other cabins.

The hot tub was disgusting. A dirty ring was all around the hot tub about 1" thick. The water level was down as well. Otherwise, we probably wouldn't have seen it. We messaged the owner, and the response was, "It was supposed to be cleaned and filled by housekeeping. I will let them know." So our 6 night stay we couldn't use it. Thought maybe the owner would send them out to clean it...nope On the morning of us leaving, I pulled the sheets the whole way back to find blood on the sheets. I never thought to look at the bottom of the bed on arrival. I will be sure to do it now. Once again, I messaged the owner, and 3 days later, still not a response. We paid 1700.00 to not be able to use the hot tub. And sleep on a bloody sheet. We are disappointed and disgusted.

The property was very nice. Everything was great. We would have like to have had a few more paper products ie: ziplock bags, foil, paper towels and maybe some salt and pepper?!?!

"Apparently my expectations were to high"

Not very clean. Soap scum in the bathtub. Toothpaste spatter on the wall.Floors and tabletops were not clean. Holes in the bedsheets.
